French doors open onto your own personal area of verandah with outdoor table and chairs, overlooking gardens and fruit trees. Enjoy your early morning cuppa outside your room as the sun rises and Blue Wrens flit between the rose bushes.

Our large open-planned Guest Lounge and Dining Area allows guests to mingle and socialise – in the morning over a hearty home-cooked breakfast, or while enjoying complimentary after-dinner port and chocolates in the comfort of the wood fire.
Foxtel TV, books, DVD’s, CD’s and games are freely available for your entertainment.
From our wide verandahs you can watch as the mist rolls in across the valley on a cold winter’s morning. In summer relax in our outdoor spa or on a sun-lounger as the sun sets over the distance hills. And on a clear night look out across the sleepy town of Balingup and gaze up at the stars.
Feel free to stroll around our gardens, pick warm sun-ripened fruit fresh from the tree, or find a shady nook in which to sit and enjoy the peaceful tranquillity of the countryside.
